Established in 2024 and located in Seekonk, MA—just minutes from Providence and under an hour from Boston—we bring over 20 years of combined design expertise and 15 years of construction experience.   • PRINCIPAL / CO-FOUNDER

    David Andrade leads the day-to-day operations at 5A Design Studio, serving as the primary client contact and overseeing projects from initial studies to construction completion. With over two decades of architectural expertise and 15 years of hands-on construction experience, he brings a grounded, solutions-oriented approach that prioritizes clarity, efficiency, and buildability. David’s multifaceted background spans commercial, residential, historic preservation, adaptive re-use, and life sciences—giving him a unique perspective across project types and market sectors.

    Before co-founding 5A, David held leadership positions at several respected firms where he was project lead for commercial and biotech/pharmaceutical projects. Today, David’s versatility and collaborative spirit continues to shape 5A’s mission: thoughtful design rooted in trust, constructability, and impact.

    Beyond his professional accomplishments, David is a committed civic leader and public servant. He served for more than nine years as a Selectman for the Town of Seekonk and continues to be a part of multiple cultural and community organizations throughout New England. At home, he’s a proud father of three, youth soccer coach, and an avid fisherman—bringing the same care, focus, and teamwork to his personal life that he brings to every project.

    As co-founder of 5A Design Studio, Diana leads business operations, development strategy, and interior design oversight with equal parts precision and passion. Drawing from over 15 years in the corporate sector and a love of interior design, Diana brings a rare blend of operational acuity and creative instinct to the studio’s work—ensuring every project runs smoothly while maintaining aesthetic excellence.

    Diana’s career began at one of Rhode Island’s leading dental insurance companies, where she advanced from customer service to management, honing skills in team leadership, systems implementation, and financial stewardship. Her versatile background—spanning interdepartmental coordination, vendor relations, and community engagement—adds depth and discipline to the studio’s collaborative process. She was also a public face of the company’s statewide marketing campaign, highlighting her impact both inside and beyond the workplace.

    Today, Diana contributes meaningfully to 5A’s interior design efforts, helping shape environments that speak to both function and feeling. Inspired by art, history, and human connection, her perspective enriches every space. Outside the studio, Diana is a devoted mother of three and an active community volunteer while continuing her journey of growth in both life and leadership.
